Our Trust is currently seeking donations to assist with the establishment of our predator proof fencing to enclose the 90Ha site. This will allow for predator species to be excluded from the site to allow our native bird population to continue to thrive, while also removing pest animal species that graze upon our native trees and plants. Once the predator proof fence is completed we will be able to commence our native tree planting programme across the site.
- Information and Educational signage - including native flora and fauna species

We are nearly there! The predator proof fence requires $180,000 to construct and we have $40,000 left to fundraise for this important part of the Ecosanctuary project. This fence will exclude predators on our native birdlife such as possum, rats, stoats, cats & mice - while also excluding grazing pests such as wallaby, rabbits & pigs
